About us
1010 Trans is a licensed freight brokerage based in Michigan (MC-1139289, USDOT 3476051). We arrange for the transportation of freight by motor carriers, rail, and air. We are not a motor carrier and do not transport freight ourselves.
Information on this site
The content on this site is for general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free. Nothing on this site is an offer, a rate quote, or a binding commitment to arrange transportation.
Quotes and shipments
Rates we provide are estimates based on the information given to us and are subject to change if the actual shipment differs in weight, dimensions, commodity, equipment requirements, locations, or dates. Any shipment we arrange is governed by a separate broker–shipper agreement, our rate confirmation, and the bill of lading, which together control over anything stated on this site.
SMS terms of service

This includes SMS messages for conversations (external), such as pickup and delivery updates, rate confirmations, shipment alerts, and customer support replies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
